In December we held a talk in the church on the discovery of HMS Gloucester off the Norfolk Coast. This proved to be a popular event and Julian Barnwell gave a very interesting précis of the discovery and the raising of artefacts so far. We are excited to hear what else is discovered from the wreck in the future. The event was attended by nearly 80 people, who came out on a very cold snowy evening, and it was lovely to see so many people in the church and afterwards in the village hall for cheese and wine.
